Yes. You can import a HubSpot Active or Static list directly into BizwaChat as a broadcast segment. The import respects WhatsApp opt-in status — only contacts with a valid WhatsApp opt-in are included. The list can be refreshed on demand or on a schedule.

BizwaChat uses the phone number (E.164 format) as the primary deduplication key. If a contact with the same phone number exists in both platforms, BizwaChat merges the records rather than creating a duplicate. You can also set HubSpot contact ID as an additional matching field.
