Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

You must provide a clear explanation of why the platform doesn't work for you. Valid reasons include:

Your account must be active and not suspended. No violations of our Terms of Service

βœ“ Recurring Subscription

Refunds are available for monthly or annual subscription plans. Special pricing or promotional offers may have different terms

How to Request a Refund

The BizwaChat support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and assess your eligibility

Approval & Processing

If approved, we'll issue the refund minus applicable processing fees (if any)

Refund to Card

The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days

Processing Fees & Charges

User-Borne Processing Fees

While we want to honor refund requests, there may be minimal processing fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe:

β€’ Stripe Processing Fee: Typically 2-3% of the refunded amount (varies by transaction type and currency)
β€’ Bank Transfer Fee: Your bank may charge a fee for receiving international wire transfers
β€’ Currency Conversion Fee: If applicable to your payment method (typically 1-3%)

These fees are the responsibility of the user requesting the refund. BizwaChat itself does not charge additional administrative or processing fees for refunds.

Refund Amount Calculation

Your refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Original Payment - Stripe/Processing Fees

Example: If you paid $99 USD and the processing fee is 2.5%, you'll receive approximately $96.53 USD (after Stripe's fee is deducted).

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. BizwaChat does not store or handle your credit card informationβ€”this is managed securely by Stripe. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used at purchase.

Discretionary Refunds Beyond 7 Days

In exceptional circumstances (technical issues on our end, service failures, etc.), BizwaChat may approve refunds beyond the 7-day window at our sole discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
