Introduction
Ingress IT Solutions having its office at 6th Floor, "Vraj Valencia", Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060 (hereinafter referred to as “Bizwachat”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”), on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies, offers conversational software-as-a-service solutions to enable its customers to manage and automate their conversations on various messaging platforms under the name “Bizwachat” (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Bizwachat services are available both on the web browser (“Website”) and as a mobile application (“App”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices you may have. By accessing the Website/App or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website/App or the Service.

Information We Collect
1 Account & Business Information

- •WhatsApp-associated phone number you connect (where applicable)
- •Authentication data (including social login identifiers if you choose to use them)
2 Service Content You Provide
When you use the Service, you may upload or process business data such as contacts, message content, templates, media, and conversation metadata. This may include personal data of your customers/end users.
You control what content you submit to the Service. If you use Bizwachat to communicate with end users, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, use, and share that data and to send those messages under applicable law and platform policies.
3 Usage & Device Information

5 Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment details are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Razorpay or Stripe). We receive limited information such as payment status, plan details, and transaction references.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to operate, provide, and improve the Website/App and the Service, including account creation, authentication, support, billing, security, compliance, and communications.

Our Role (Controller / Processor)
Depending on the context, we may act as a controller for account and business relationship data (for example, admin profiles, billing details, and security logs) and as a processor/service provider for service content you submit (for example, contacts and messages). If you use the Service to message end users, you are responsible for required notices and lawful bases/consents for those communications.
Marketing Communications
Where permitted, we may send marketing communications. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Administrative and security messages may still be sent when necessary.
